Kakotëkawë: The Siekopai Indigenous Territory is Calling…

Journey to the Amazon Rainforest

We invite you to Siekopai ancestral territory, where the authentic source of medicine is alive.

We call forward people who believe in protecting indigenous cultures and the Amazon Rainforest. This gathering will unite changemakers with the Siekopai community, as we connect with the life force energy of the Amazon. The Siekopai protect a pure and vast ancient wisdom that will be shared with those who are called to undergo healing, transmission, and exchange. Kakotëkawë is the time of spiritual rejuvenation when the celestial beings descend from the sky and connect with the people through yaje.

“Yëkë iye airo akowai’aë Yaje ukukowa’i de mamajë, jayë’ta paayë paaine jujuye airo ayepi”

“We are originally from the Amazon,

descendants of great drinkers of Yaje (Ayahuasca),

wisdom keepers of medicinal plants.”

— Jimmy Piaguaje (Siekopai Leader & Facilitator)

Important Questions

  • Women who are on their menstruation cycle can not sit in yaje (ayahuasca) ceremony. Women on their mensuration cycle may experience dizziness, difficulty in healing, and other side effects. For that reason any woman on her cycle will be offered a nurturing alternative option if her cycle arrives on the yaje ceremony day. She still can participate in all other activities.

  • The Siekopai community is a 45 minute canoe and then a 2 hour shuttle ride to the nearest airport - Coca Ecuador National Airport. This airport has one flight a day to Quito International airport.

  • Refund Policy: If for any reason you have to cancel after having made any payment, you will be refunded the total minus $100 for administration. If you would have to cancel a month before the retreat, the total will be refunded only if you find another person to take your place. You will be refunded the total minus a $100 administration fee after the retreat has concluded.
